 PTI Chairman Imran Khan won with 57 thousand 824 votes, Election Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Ghulam Ahmed Bilor of ANPA got 32 thousand 253 votes and came second, Election Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Muhammad Aslam of Jamaat-e-Islami could get 3 thousand 817 votes, the unofficial unofficial results of 252 polling stations of Election Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mardan NA 22.
